Wedding & Event Policies
All events require advance approval and a written agreement. Certain large events require a special-event Certificate of Insurance naming Liberty Communications, LLC as an Additional Insured. Events serving alcohol may require additional permits, documentation or other arrangements depending on the beverages and service plan. Please review these details with the Camp Liberty events team before making commitments.
Wedding package lodging is subject to the approved wedding agreement. Additional lodging is booked separately through Camp Liberty, subject to availability, payment and cancellation policies. An inquiry alone does not reserve a wedding date, facility or accommodation.
Seasonal availability: No weddings in June or July due to Camp Liberty’s summer military training mission.
